UV Premium Print Varnishes
UV varnishing is one of the most popular methods of print enhancement, involving the application of a layer of varnish to a paper or cardboard surface (over the entire surface or selectively) and then fixing this layer in UV light, resulting in a durable coating with a specific appearance.
UV varnishing print finishing:
- allows to achieve a specific appearance and effect of the varnished surface (gloss, matt, structure)
- enhances the aesthetic qualities of prints
- permanently protects prints against dirt and moisture.
- increases the resistance of printouts to mechanical damage and external factors, thus significantly increasing their durability.
In addition to standard glossy and matt UV varnishes for offset, flexo, varnish and screen printing, we also recommend varnishes that meet special requirements, including
- a range of benzophenone-free varnishes
- screen printing varnish for film application
- relief screen printing varnish – UV adhesives – solvent-free adhesives for film/foil and paper/foil lamination, in-line technology, used in the narrow web printing segment.
We provide advice on the selection of varnishes for various application technologies and on problem solving at the customer’s site.
