This Privacy Policy contains information about the processing of your personal data by WOLFF POLIGRAFIA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office and address in Warsaw at Trakt Lubelski 187, in connection with the use of the services available on the website https://wolffpoligrafia.pl (hereinafter: ‘Website’) or in the course of contacts via e-mail, telephone or in writing. Information on this subject is described in point I (‘GDPR Information Clause’). Point II describes the rules for collecting and using cookies (‘Cookie Policy’).

The recipients of your personal data may also be entities authorised to receive data on the basis of legal provisions.
- Your personal data will be stored, depending on the purpose of its processing:
- for the duration of correspondence or contact,
- for the duration of the contract or cooperation,
- until you object to the processing of your data – in cases where the processing of personal data is based on a so-called legitimate interest (such cases are described in point 2 above).
After the above-mentioned period, your personal data will be archived for the time required by applicable law or for the period of limitation of any claims, and then deleted or anonymised.
- In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:
- the right to access the content of the data, the right to rectify the data, the right to delete the data, the right to restrict the processing of the data, the right to transfer the data,
- the right to object to the processing of data – if the processing of your personal data is based on a so-called legitimate interest and under the conditions specified in the provisions of the GDPR,
- the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you consider that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

- Providing your personal data for the purpose of concluding a cooperation agreement and exercising the rights and fulfilling the obligations arising therefrom is mandatory and results from the relevant provisions of law (including tax law). Failure to provide personal data will result in a refusal to establish cooperation. Providing data for other purposes (described in point 2) is voluntary, but may be necessary for their implementation, i.e. responding to an enquiry or using the Website.

II. Cookie Policy
What are cookies?
- Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are saved by the web browser you use on your end device (e.g. computer, smartphone, tablet).
